Information you submit or access is the property of NTT DATA;
employees have no expectation or right to privacy of such
information. You may create a derivative work from Portal
information for NTT DATA business use, and/or disclose Portal
information to NTT DATA employees if necessary to perform NTT
DATA business assignments. Any other use requires written
permission from the Chief Information Officer. Disclosure of
non-public information of NTT DATA is not
permitted.
